Mode of Action:
It works by inhibiting an essential plant enzyme called EPSPS (5-enolpyruvyl - shikimate -3 - phosphate synthase). Inhibition of this enzyme prevents the production of aromatic amino acids required for protein synthesis within the plant. Lack of the protein synthesis results the death of treated plants.

It is also effective against the weeds which are difficult to control. It is also effective to kill the aquatic weeds efficiently. It does not have any residual effect on the germination of any crop grown after its application. No residual effect thus safe for beneficial insects as well as environment.
